I'm Nathan, and I've spent over 10 years working in digital marketing. I co-run Lumos Digital Marketing, a national marketing agency that works with established brands and growing businesses. Broad is something different. Broad is for the businesses that Lumos isn't the right fit for. The plumber in King's Lynn. The B&B near Holt. The HR consultant in Norwich who just needs their website and LinkedIn sorted.
I started Broad because I kept meeting small Norfolk businesses with exactly the same problems: an outdated website, a Google listing they'd never touched, and a nagging feeling they were invisible online. These aren't complicated problems to fix. They just need someone who knows what they're doing and will get on with it.
Honest pricing
Project work is a fixed price. There are no hourly rates, no invoice surprises. Monthly support has a published starting rate. Either way, you know what you're paying before you commit.
Honest scope
We tell you what your package includes and what it doesn't. If something's outside scope, we say so, and give you the option to add it or the tools to do it yourself. No open-ended retainers, no vague proposals, no 'let's see what happens' extras. Just clear work, with a clear outcome.

We work with Norfolk businesses because we know the county. We know your market, your competition, and what your customers are searching for.
What we don't do
We don't build e-commerce stores, membership sites, or complex custom applications. We don't take on clients who want open-ended, undefined work. And we don't promise results we can't deliver. Being clear about our limits isn't a weakness, it's how we make sure the work we do take on is done properly.
